There are
many ways to economically improve the look of your property for sale:

interior can be done by yourself if you have the time
Sprucing up
the bathrooms and kitchen areas can be achieved by cleaning tile grout,
replacing cupboard door handles.
You may have
floor tiles which look old fashioned and date the house. These can now be
covered with a timber look laminate flooring or waterproof hybrid flooring.
New carpet
has the same impact as a fresh coat of paint and usually only takes one day to

10mm underlay. This will not only make it look good but give a luxury feel.
